Sell physical products

Sell merch, prints, kits, and short SKU lists with fixed shipping rates, manual fulfill, and variants. Same storefront as your downloads, without warehouse software.

Sell a printed guide, merch drop, or a short SKU list from the same branded storefront as your downloads. Fixed shipping rates at checkout, variants for size or color, and manual fulfillment after payment.

You stay merchant of record on Stripe. You own packing, labels, returns, and what you tell buyers about delivery. Quickshops is the storefront and order tooling, not a 3PL.

At a glance

Fixed shipping rates

Simple rate tables buyers understand at checkout. No live carrier quotes required.

Manual fulfillment

You pack and ship. Mark orders fulfilled when they leave your desk.

Variants that stay simple

Size, color, and similar options without a warehouse matrix.

What simple physical means

One storefront for files and a short list of shippable SKUs.

Quickshops supports physical products when fulfillment stays human-scale: you or a small team pack each order, rates are fixed, and inventory is a light SKU list rather than multi-warehouse stock.

Fixed-rate shipping

Publish clear shipping rates (flat, regional, or weight-band style tables you configure). Buyers see the cost before they pay. You decide the numbers; Quickshops does not buy postage or negotiate carrier accounts for you.

Manual fulfill

After Stripe confirms payment, the order lands in your dashboard. You ship it, then mark it fulfilled. Returns, exchanges, and refund approvals stay under your policies and your Stripe account. See Terms of Service §5.2.

Variants

Offer size or color options on a product without adopting a full inventory management system. Keep the catalog short enough that you can fulfill from a desk or small studio.

How the flow works

Storefront → checkout → you ship.

Setup mirrors digital selling. Connect Stripe once, add the physical product alongside your downloads, configure shipping rates, and publish. When an order comes in, fulfill it the way you already pack packages. Quickshops tracks that the buyer paid and that you marked the order complete.

  1. Create the product. Photos, price, description, and any variants you need buyers to pick.
  2. Set shipping rates. Fixed amounts that match how you actually ship (domestic flat rate, international flat rate, etc.).
  3. Sell on the same storefront. Digital and physical products can live in one shop with one brand.
  4. Fulfill manually. Pack, label, hand off to the carrier, mark fulfilled. Refunds and chargebacks run through Stripe under your account.

What you get

Physical support sits on the same Stripe-native checkout and storefront stack you already use for downloads.

One brand for both product types

Run downloads and physical SKUs in one catalog without spinning up a second platform. Customize layout in the store builder.

Your Stripe account

Checkout, payouts, refunds, and disputes stay on your connected Stripe account. See payment processing.

Honest scope

Quickshops provides storefront, cart, fixed-rate shipping display, variants, and order status. It does not replace courier dashboards, label printers, or warehouse software.

When Quickshops is not right

Choose a heavier ecommerce stack when physical ops need warehouse tooling, live carrier rates, or multi-location inventory.

  • You need POS, multi-location stock, or barcode warehouse flows.
  • You rely on a 3PL, automated label purchase, or live carrier rate shopping at checkout.
  • Inventory, picks, and packing are your primary daily workflow across many SKUs and locations.

For those jobs, a full ecommerce platform such as Shopify usually fits better. Quickshops is built for human-scale fulfillment from a desk or small studio.

If you can pack orders yourself and keep the SKU list short, start here. If every day is warehouse ops, use Shopify.
